Lotus land resort. Is a good place to relax. Close to the beach 1 min close to family mart 2 min close to the main beach about 5 min by taxi but far to walk 30 min by taxi about traffic depending to pattaya central Rooms are fair. Pool and massage are available parking onsite free some undercover Breakfast avail + bht washing is avail for longer stayers. Beer is avail on request Warning keep all recipes if you pay day for day Peaceful at nights. Rooms are avail to sleep 6 3 per bed. Double. Showers are hot value for money

There wasn't much good reviews before I stayed in this resort so I took a risk and stayed anyway. For SGD62 I got to stay in a huge room with 2 queen sized beds for 5 of us! This price was way cheaper than any of the other resorts around the area. It's off the main road, but just about less than 5 mins to the main road/ jomtien beach, it wasn't really any hassle at all to walk there even with our 3 children (8, 10 and 11). Convenience stores and restaurants are all along the main road/ beach. The only downside was that it was surrounded by empty land or construction (not quite sure), but that wasn't a problem to me as well, there wasn't much noise. The rooms were clean and service was good. Also, this price included the wifi and aircon (very important). Hotel itself had a restaurant but we didn't try the food there so can't comment. Showers had hot water and aircon and wifi was working well. There is also a pool in the resort for guests to chill if the beach is not enticing enough for you. Good job done!

Проживание прошло нормально! Отель небольшой, малоэтажный, озеленённый и находится в глубине от дороги, поэтому достаточно тихо по вечерам и утрам! Высыпались хорошо! НО: мы жили в отеле в новогодние праздники, поэтому стройка по соседству не работала. Но вот 4.01.2018 начались рабочие будни и стройка нового здания шла полным ходом с 9 до 18, поэтому загорать у бассейна было не комфортно, а на море выходить не хотелось совсем - так как пляж грязный и со всех сторон доносятся неприятные запахи. Номер хороший, светлый (Делюкс), большая удобная кровать, есть чайник и фен. Кондиционер, вентилятор и холодильник работали исправно. Ванная хорошея, но добиться из крана горячей воды не возможно - проточный водонагреватель не справлялся- либо кипяток, либо холодная... персонал старательный, но из четырёх администраторов только двое могут говорить и понимать по английски, это иногда усложняло проживание в отеле))) Бассейн чистый с морской водой, рядом с бассейном есть душ, а вот лежаков всего 4, так что если желающих много, то на всех может не хватить) в целом, нам понравилось.

Rummen var fräscha men i övrigt pågick färdigställande av hotellet. Frukosten fick vi tjata oss till och var väldigt spartansk. Ägg och smörgåsar var inte varma och det verkade inte som köket var aktivt. Vill man bara sova är det ok att bo här. Hotellet ligger lugnt och en bit från stranden, tyvärr är det skräpigt runt omkring. Det finns bättre hotellalternativ i omgivningen enligt min mening.
